From Saturday 23 November till Sunday 24 November, 2019, Professor Tadashi Horiguchi of the Graduate School of Human Life Science, Osaka City University (OCU) took part in an international symposium held at the Center for Japanese Studies, Fudan University, China.

Researchers from China, Japan, Korea, UK, etc. engaged in a heated discussion on the future economic cooperation between Japan and China. They also visited the School of Social Development and Public Policy at Fudan University to exchange opinions on various research projects.

It was an lively event made even more splendid by the attendance of former Consulate-General of Japan in Shanghai and former Chinese Ambassador to Japan.
